with only two trades so far today I have the feeling that since Friday lunchtime we are just waiting for the next piece of news to come as we all seem to have our positions thus no buying or selling, which may force the MMs to increase the price to make it more liquld. Just hoping we can say goodbye to both the single digits and teens very soon and be at least 20p but end of the quarter (June 2019)

April 24th - April 30th 2019
13 May '19
Does anyone understand the reason for such a rise during this period as it shot up from 6p to 10p? As we had no news and after this it has just drifted back to where it is now. Could we see this happening again or is it basically waiting until June for the GAM for the next rise. What are the technicals we should be using for this share to see where it is going? As under Polemos this share when down and down and I am hoping this will not happen with DBOX but already we are 39% of the original flotation price which in my end is awful. I am waiting to get out at 14p if it ever gets here.

Admission price 14p
11 May '19
Does anyone else feel uncomfortable about this stock considering at 8.50p we are trading 39% below the admission price which was only 2 months ago? I am thinking it can not be long before we are up to 14p considering the good news since flotation, but to be down 39% if two months blimey.

Ways to help
10 May '19
DBOX generate an income. How do we as individuals ussse Daily Mash and Entertainment Daily to help generate revenue. I hear each time you click on an article hat is 1p to DigitalBox. Is this correct? If not how can I help generate income apart from sharing the two websites with friends. Is it a matter of clicking on articles? Anyone know

RE: This seems so illiquid

This seems to be getting stupid after two days of nothing we are down 4% on 4 small trades. The business model is in place by James Carter, the broker say to me he is looking for organic growth in the market. I can not understand what is going on at the moment. Any ideas anyone?

Hardly any stock changing hands here and I imaging any sign of news and this will fly as shareholders will not want to sell at this prices so the sp will have to go up.

Apparently all the short sellers have gone from the market, so as a result I have the feeling this is the new bottom and upwards we will go

Yeah, could do. I hope you’re right, I’ve got a few. There do seem to be better opportunities though. I like BIDS which I’ve been in since it was KIN. And PIRI is my current favourite shell.

Odd how some firms seem to have almost no following on here though. Eg OMIP - why isn’t that a screaming buy with more people talking about it than DBOX? Or PVCS which is 25p a share and pays a special dividend of 24p next month! Surely both are better places to look in the short and probably long term?

phenomenonnick, I thin though the Daily Mash deal and hopefully more very soon will mean that will not be too much of an issues asx deals are signed. Thisws company may be a very small company to because a plc, but if James Carter can manage it properly this could become very big within a year or two.

I guess the downside is that there's minimal cash on the balance sheet, and profits are low in absolute terms so will be eroded by the cost of being a plc. Management has a somewhat invidious choice - strong growth generally needs investment, and there isn't much cash for that and from OpEx it will hold back profits. Or cut costs hard to grow bottom line at the expense of growing top line, and stay relatively small and pedestrian.

I'm kind of neutral at current levels. I do like the business it's just a bit small to be public. I hope they can find a way to break out - maybe a low cost bond, convertible at a higher share price. Execute a sensible acquisition, price rises, bondholders convert, they're out of the hole.
