Merged with Vistry Group PLC exchange of shares ( D ) today
Changed its name from Countryside Properties to Countryside Partnership 31st January 2022.
I bought the once 23rd July 2020.. 330p .
Kept falling after to a low of 192p 30th September 2022.
At Vistry price today 633p a loss of 50%
Any idea why the share is up 4% today compared to minor gains of competitors including Vistry? I thought the share price was now intrinsically linked to the Vistry price???
Telegraph yesterday…Vistry looking to buy…
This company baffles me, ceo now chair gone, being on some positive news!!!
may be a completely unrelated matter matter for the chair to resign, maybe a better opportunity elsewhere has come up for him or he’s fallen out with the American investors who have been pushing for a break up / sale.
The falling sp is not a massive surprise in recent weeks as it will take some time, probably quite a few month, for the sale process to be conducted and actually completed, and in the meantime there are various risks the the economy/housing market, both known and unknown.
Assuming no major downturns in housing, the sp has surely got to get to at least the 290p mark offered by Incap recently, possible more as others were interested as well…
Resignation by chairman with immediate effect - why? linked to fsp surely?
Agreed - don't think we will see this go for less than 340. In Cap obviously want the company and the board have been clear the current offer is unacceptable. Looking forward to the SP increasing further this week as there are significant shorts that will be closing.
Peel Hunt believes the would-be bidder has little chance of success at the indicative price of 295p per share. It seems more likely In-Cap will need to up this by around 15% to ~340p per share
A nice rise today
Oh dear MaryBr190 LOL

with the ongoing share purchase by CSP? Interesting...
dodged a bullet here, got out on 4th Apr after a low 260 entry, my only other sale being at 324 following the crash purchase in Jan.
Out for now but what a damning statement, I am thinking another purple bricks (not the same I know but the route of the share price) May dip in at some point today though. GLA
Seems almost inevitable - what a mess
Name and shame :)
How low is the reentry. Sub £2?
My 324 sale Jan
Who was it said my prediction of sub 260p was a bit pessimistic?
Nice to see the Buy back everyday, anyone see where its heading on the technicals, being buying in from 298 surely has to bounce.
This stock has bounced back quite nicely. Maybe all the bad news out there now so the share can slowly rise again. I took a new position at 2.98p yesterday and hoping to keep these for a year at least so happy to buy in.
Savings for 1 year 1%-2% if lucky
CSP - 1 year who knows but 4% off lows in a day.
May go negative but in 12 months time CSP wins.
"Departing with immediate effect."
Hold on, I need to get on the CSP train. haha
I agree, have done the same and got in a little while ago under £3. A year from now, assuming no wider market downturn, these shares will be back up…
Departing with immediate effect. Significant drop, maybe same again tomorrow but picked up a small quantity sub £3.
1st trance of 10 on each 10% fall.
Just for fun but intend to scale in.
Well, sub 260 is a bit pessimistic, the SP was briefly there in March 2020. I'll be happy to get in @ 270. :)
Bad update today. Leave well alone I'd say. Their strategy these last 18 months has been a disaster. Profits significantly down on last year - SP could go sub 260 quite easily.
