Rog65, do you have any reading ability whatsoever? You are absolutely clueless.
Read the initial Rns and who the raise was aimed at, then read the second 'retail offer' that hasn't happened yet..... you don't half make a fool of yourself across multiple boards don't you?

Much happening techie man . The company will survive and prosper . Much going on in background imo
I look to the 50+ club of lth pis (owning 10%+ of the company) for any clues. they are prob 95%+ down on their investments and yet they have all pretty much lost their voices here, but have indicated they continue to engage directly with capxx. most of them probably need the sp to recover to 3-4p just to break even. I just can't see that happening for many years if capxx manages to avoid administration, so what exactly are they talking about to capxx? my view is that there is a real possibility that the 2nd fundraise will not go ahead. so what post admin arrangement could the 50+ club (along with other favored current stakeholders) be hoping for to help them recover their huge losses?
That’s certainly what the uninvested will be hoping I’m sure
2 billion sold already...your having a laugh!
If the Placing (if it happens) goes to sticky hands then maybe a gradual rise. Just can't see a surge on reopening , unless of course we are bought out.
Time will tell.
Of course it will Parkez, most sold already dragging it down to 0.09p where I bought.
When this comes back, I can see it rising fairly quickly over a few weeks
Not with a .10p massive placing hanging over its head it won't.
66% in one placing....how many TR1s will be produced?
The suspension has been excellent for holders, with all the positive news flow, it’s all back up and running behind the scenes.
Once lifted I fully expect this to hit the top of the leader board a few days in a row.
RUA up another 25% so we had exact suspension as them and then the bounce back , hopefully we news allowing from the get go .
Yep fair enough, I apologise.
There's been a lot of nonsense posted the last few weeks and those last two posts tipped me over the edge.
Looking at other companies who've had the same suspension, it takes about 1 week to sort, I'm expecting an after hours Rns either tonight saying trading Monday morning, or an Rns Monday night saying trading Tuesday morning.
Exactly , we all want the same thing here this could shift north on return imo
Lol my mistake, thought he was replying to Steen about working with him!
No need to be rude though?
You're wrong. CPX closed plenty of deals with other distributors while the litigations were ongoing. This is the latest in a whole string of distrubutors working with CPX.
Also Lars is looking forward to working with the distributor again not Steen Feldskov, you numpty.
Clearly no one could progress deals with company that had no cash and under litigation, now that’s cleared the business pipeline comes back online.

Seems a good partnership!
Lars looking forward to working with Steen Feldskov again, Steen saying well done to Lars on the linkedin messages between them......
Very interesting, you would think this would be translated into an Rns though?
This gamble a day before suspension might just pay off! Rua took a week to come back under a similar ruling suspension. We lost 2 days due to Easter Bank Holidays, so may get back to trading very soon.
3rd partner whilst suspended. I should have gone all in on this pre suspension.
Partners being established sounds nothing like a business closing or delisting. On my watchlist
Could get really interesting now . Suppose the £2.15m funding were impressed .
Roger65, calm down dear. The Food and Drug Administration won't care two hoots what happens here. If you meant the FCA then you might as well talk to the trees for all the use they are. In my opinion Lars was dealt a lousy hand. Did he try and take advantage to snaffle it in the cheap? No idea but he can't do that now.
All the talk of administration is just rubbish, the gamble was buying this before the raise . We are now funded and the risk of vanish administration has gone. Contract wins will follow and price rises will come
