Cap-xx on ipo aim was to get supercaps into mobile phones.
They now apparently have "the Holy grail".
Nobody's going to get 66% controlling interest and no one is getting for a few bob!
Imo a freebie licenced Agreement has been offered to Maxwell/Tesla.
There will be other takers...soon.
This is my thoughts....and yes I have a strange imagination.
Rather be in than out.
Don’t talk rot LAW
Personally don’t till 2bn shares can be forward sold here. Nothing like enough volume or positivity so think it’s fast not likely someone wants a big stake in the company.
Just my view but if they’re already assured that funding from an ii I actually think a deal is very much on the cards here. Might not be sold for much but I reckon a sale at .3 or .4 and many would accept it as the best of a bad job.
@Bridgedogg1 ….. Admin could come this week
Still find it puzzling that tradingdutchman and his band of 50 lths with 10%+ holding (with a 95% paper loss) have lost their voices, it doesn't add up. Before the placing announcement td indicated instead they were trying to talk to capxx directly. so what do they think of the funding proposal? Is td's band the other investors referred to in the £2m placing. if so then like directors it looks like they are not risking anything more at this point. their silence is worrying, cloak and daggers
I applied for 3800
Parkez it is a formality it’s going ahead . When things settle down and they release the share price moving news all will be well .
Good entry point
Someone’s working it
Who's getting 60% of the Company?
No admin for this company now
Ok I'm still nervous that £2m funding offer will be withdrawn before investors get a chance to vote. I say this only because its capxx
Lots of buys today...
Why did they not take up the retail offer?
I didn't because it's not guaranteed to go ahead...
More buys than sells… not including new shares too , I do not believe this will drop below 0.1
Nothing is the norm with this share so far, once retail shares been factored in think we are in for a rise maybe as early as tomorrow , at least we got an RNS !
Gla
Why wouldn’t the placing proceed if it drops below placing price? Its current shareholders that vote for it, they would prefer that new investors have to pay a premium for the new shares so it’s actually more likely to proceed. The new investors have already committed monies, they can’t drop out and they know they can’t get 60% of the company without paying a massive premium otherwise.
Yep drops below placing price because a large % are forward sold and then the last % dumped to fully effective it after achieving their roi.
I don't think the second lot will be forward sold.
The first yes...but expecting some sort of good news.
Again just my opinion.
It doesn't include the new shares yet....which the market for now is working into it...
Surprised someone of your experience on here would buy now when most know sp usually drops 30% below placing price
Fully funded and no debt.
£150k taken of £200k in the offer. Investors were only give to 3pm the following day. It wasn’t available on all platforms. I’d say the uptake was pretty good.
I am amazed it was that much considering the below comment
Why would they pretend to care tho

They should have commented on the shortfall rather than treat shareholders as if they don’t care
Just added 3m.
If it drops to 0.07 then the Placing imo will not proceed.
If retail aren't buying then who is.
Sit patiently now and wait....
