Harry comes on a BB where long term holders are down on a large scale, hoping and predicting we drop even lower and thats not trolling or winding people up?! his post the other month saying he has put £200 in lol thats not winding people up? he is a troll and a wind up merchant and has nothing but his one sided view that this will drop without stating any facts into the argument.
So sorry Crywolf he is a WUM and a Troll.

Only time we discuss Mozambique is for our selfish reasons ie oil and gas, lets pray that those caught up in the storm gets the help quickly and the necessary aid reaches them.

There's really not many regular posters here but the level of posting is generally level headed with the more longer term posters providing the balance.

Be good to see all the regulars start to have a sentiment consensus. Over to you Art with the quarterly's.

Harry you can be a herbert. What license issues? We have the main DPR. WE have NNPC agreeing. We await DPR permits. We have a cast iron deal with Essar (that EM did not want to dispute). Ie it is a tight contract.

Just not sure what point you making. We have been IMO through one of worst years. Nigeria has really taken giant strides to change the old ways. They have as recent court cases show. All those that have taken a short cut should be worried, very !

We have followed the correct procedures and thank god. I would rather it took longer but we are free from any wrong doing. Than to be concerned the license would be revoked.

|Essar had major problems as they totally upset the government. Why?

Then we came along with the Karims and here we are. Hopefully about to start the final leg of this procedure

the guess is arthur knew re essar financial scenario. made a low ball offer that included the full field development.as all those timeline fit. he said we would get SPA in july. the EM letter after a informal SH meeting (no doubt with shorecan/karims).
as essar have much bigger concerns (ie saving the company). the idea of having to put money (there 20%) into a full field dev was not what they either wanted or prob could do.
So tried to say no.. hence the 60 days/legal letters. now nothing? as it must of been agreed/settled imo.
anyway all this should/might be in there next week.. If any dispute was happening we would of heard as it is price sensitive. so assume it is now sorted. imo
you can see why it has been a hard last year for copl/shorecan. but we are now in final straight imo/hopes

we will see

they have a legal signed deal done with shorecan. the EM claim in the summer that caused the last quick placing was dealt with. Essar i am sure will be updated to sh. reality is they had their chance to take it further and backed down. As they would of lost the case...they did not want a full development as NNPC asked us to do (you see NNPC want this massive site producing ) . That is a lot more money for their 20%. Hence why they probably turned down the deal initially. That stopped the SPA that was going to be announced imo.
they (essar)as a company will be lucky if they survive recent collapses of steel/power /energy/oil companies (having lost India/Canada steel already).

They not a concern . you would know this if you researched or spoke to the company.

thats what am waiting for after this placing is done.

and also when this is resolved.

The parties have exchanged correspondence setting out their respective positions but no formal proceedings have been issued in respect of the dispute and no other action has been taken by either party. The correspondence to date has only reinforced the Company's view that ShoreCan has several valid defences and counterclaims to any action that might be brought by Essar Mauritius in the event that the current disagreement escalates. In the meantime, ShoreCan continues to pursue the completion of the financing initiatives previously announced for OPL 226 and Essar Nigeria continues to operate as before.

Arthur Millholland, President and CEO, commented: "As previously stated, we are frustrated with the claims being brought forward by Essar Mauritius, but ShoreCan remains of the view that the allegations brought forward by Essar Mauritius are without foundation or merit. We continue to press ahead with our OPL226 project and we will provide further updates in due course."

bolton I like you keep the faith.. we will see. I only care about the fact we get the rig on site and drill q2 they say? well that is soon esp after the wait we have all had.
I keep reading re Arthur north sea oil. He is a shrewd man IMO. Many on hear bash him but I hope he is doing what he does best. Putting deals together. For an oil CEO all this must be the boring stuff. He must be as keen as all of us to get to the oil.
Next week we will see what, if anything in his statements ... I can not see a raise at this sp unless was only option. If that was the case he could of done it at .02 plus.. Hence why I hope (prey) he has some news..

cry wolf.. I ob disagree as I hope the company have news for us. They have been busy as confirmed by them. Doing what I do not know. Now the financials will be out soon and we will see. You place the bet, you take the chance. If you are right so be it. Whatever happens is out of our hands.

Sp will/or will not be higher when the day comes. You seem to assume they have got no news.

I disagree (hopes). NNPC/DPR permits. there must be updates on them. Elections over. so I hope we are there.

@shibs, I accurately predicted the decimation of SP as anyone on the board at that time will remember and I was called a troll by the likes of you for it.

You want the truth, you can't handle the truth numbnuts - next prediction ( and this will play out with the placing), SP below 0.10 within a months time

Nice to see you all attack Harry as a troll because his narrative doesn't fit your rhetoric. This board called me a troll when I predicted a SP of 0.5 within 12 months when it was sitting on 1.3. Complaints (probably from Fat Boy himself) were upheld and all my previous posts where all deleted. Well 12-18 months later, how has that played out and where is the SP now? Feel sorry for any long term holders here, take no pleasure in my predictions being accurate and correct, GLA, you need it.

Well no one knows how much will be raised and when, If arthur is smart he will raise as little as possible until we can get to drilling stage when our SP will be good enough to place again, or he may surprise us with a loan which could be paid back after we drill, we just dont know.

Harry I say as I know. You say april as you are guessing what is going on. I have a lot better grasp of it than you. So please do the research or stop spouting .. Art has said that they may raise in April.. I have pointed out he is no fool and the past has proved that. So he will raise when he has to..
I am hoping there will be sp moving news. yes I expect a raising as we have been told (and if you bother to follow cash flows) you can work it out. Or email the company.
But we will see !
