There have been two notifications ,one for each 500k sell.time will tell if they have finished.
It would be good if b2 decided a 10 percent stake is just too cheap to turn down.couple of mill and they gonna get that from condor anyways.

Hmm. Interesting. MC has said in the past that he is aware of who is selling the shares at which point in time (large funds etc). I do wonder if he would have carried out the placing last week at 24p, if he knew that IFC would keep selling and thereby drag the SP down further. Everyone wants in at the lowest possible entry point. JM will be in the know as well. He will want his investment at lowest point to bring down his average here. Kate Harcourt is a director of CNR as per IFC as well. No large sells recently, I think the selling has stopped. Need news now around B2Gold etc.

Obviously, MC and JM etc dont have a crystal ball regarding the situation in Nic, but they do know that CNR could be on the verge of becoming a cash generating company, which will be a game changer (how many times have we said that over the years!) but after all "Cash is King". Esp for a junior explorer.

MC has said previously that IFC would fund the mine - wonder if that offer is still on the table? Otherwise he has to choose from the other banks that have been touting..

IFC have sold £135k of shares which is more a political gesture than anything but also bring them below 5%. Given the notification this will conclude the sale as the IPC will be sticking now. I suspect the stickiness at 25p should be the end. IPC will have sold at a hefty loss of around 60% so good news for other shareholders who have been picking up cheap stock.

Just confirms what people thought - there was plenty of speculation when the big sells were happening that it was IFC.

Nothing the company can do about it - as I pointed out below CNR is very much keeping up its end of the deal with IFC and the local community.

And it doesn't change anything re the economics of the project. The gold is still there. MC went to Managua last week - may still be there - presumably working as hard as he can on the toll refining deal.

In my view CNR is exceptional investment opportunity for anyone with cash. 3 directors and CFO agree with me - invested in the placement at beginning of Feb = confidence.

C f It says date threshold broken feb 8th.another 500k sold.More to come imo.sp not rising currently.
My take is the compliance visit wasnt the rip roaring success some painted it.The pc wasnt carried out in a fair and transparent manner.not cnr fault, organised at short notice by the nica gvnt during the worst gvnt crackdown .The massed heavily armed police and security are there for all to see irrespective of the card waving .Ifc will also come under pressure from the nica act I would imagine. It is the nica gvnt that ifc will have a problem with not cnr I would imagine. One of their criteria is human rights and contrary to telesur sputnik and some posters here ,there have been grave human rights comitted by police and paramilitaries.last time I looked the sum of us petitioning the ifc stod at around 12,000 signatures.
The good news is the buying situation should last a bit longer.

Does this mean they've stopped selling or they've just reached a threshold to declare a change in their total holding?

They still hold 4.8%. Let's hope they are not getting rid of all of them!
