Chesh - "I hope all your new trading accounts picked up the MM manipulation currently going on...........!"
Ha ha Chesh, what are you smoking? I've lost count of how many times you claim that MM's are manipulating this stock. It's called 'making a market'! You are the David Icke of LSE.
ps MM's rock! IMHO ;)
I thought you was still invested here LGO.........!
till Friday :)
All the best (good luck on your buy back :)
Be that as it may, the MM’s in this car are acting on weakness. That weakness is because of the targets CERP missed repeatedly. If CERP starts over delivering than none of this will be occurring. They will facilitate all the interest in this share based on the promise of a bright future. It’s time the SP rises again, when LK speaks. Give they city the SWP, with a big ribbon around it, and this will skyrocket!!
Have you warned yourself, the BOD, the II's,and the HNWI.......?
or you just refusing to back your investment fish.....?
All the best (you really should point your warning to peeps other than us here :)
Haha - The MM's want us to believe that the stock is worth £600,000 less because £1200 worth of CERP stock was sold.
You couldn't make it up... unless your an MM.
I hope all your new trading accounts picked up the MM manipulation currently going on...........!
about £500 sell drops it like that :)
All the best (wait for £500 buy to make absolutely no difference what so ever..unlike the SWP & SA :)
PinWiz, you dont have to sell ur shares into cash to change brokers...
you can transfer both... the form asks you if u want to transfer ur shares, ur cash, or both...
shud take 1-3 weeks depending on ur current bokers efficiency.
Cheers guys will check with brokers tomorrow👍
Hi flexmw If the cash remains in an Isa and is not taken out it can then be transferred to another broker Best to talk to the brokers involved first I've heard of some people transferring stocks ok in 4 weeks but that's not Barclays
Bamps21 Only problem is if you liquidated your ISA holdings to cash (presuming a large holding) you’d only be able to put this years cash entitlement back into your new ISA, ie £20k this losing the benefit of tax free on gains if you brought stocks with the remainder of monies in a standard trading account.
Hi PinWiz My experience with transferring an Isa out of Barclays was traumatic after 2 years it's still not complete. I tried to transfer the stocks over with hundreds of phone calls from me and then Carillion went bump in the middle of it and that is still holding up the final transfer. If I was to do it again I would liquidate and just transfer the cash over but that's just my opinion , better to ask the broker Good luck :))
How does the process work? Do you have to liquidate all shares held and transfer the funds or is there a simple transfer transaction between brokers after opening a new account?
Ive also been with iweb for about 10 years no problems
I believe but might be worth to compare and 2 accounts?
x/o is perfect for executing trades. Flat fee. works well, but is is no thrills only. Don’t expect anything fancy. It is literally just to execute trades. But if that is what you need, than it’s a good option to consider
Simon19 - the wife & i have used I-Web for several years now without any problems at all & only GBP 5.00 a trade.
Any of you guys used X-O(by Jarvis) or iweb-sharedealing(by Halifax)?
Interactive Investor will be increasing there fees AGAIN starting from 1st June (from £22.50 a quarter to £40/£80), leaving ii has been on my todo list since the rubbish website update around 16 months back.
x-o and iweb offer a simple flat trade-only fee of £5.95 per trade and have no inactivity or monthly/yearly admin charges...
I am a medium/long term holder so having zero fees other than the tradecost is ideal for me.
I'd like to sort this out over the weekend so if you have any suggestions let me know.
Cheers
