shareholders have any recourse on this or is it a case of waiting for our pay out of share price +12%?
Was done ages ago Sad really. Get out whilst you can
Surely unethical at best, and illegal at worst for these to have been traded since the proposal to consolidate was announced - half a billion to one consolidation - whoever was buying into this pile of sh*t in the last few weeks will be getting a very rude awakening. At least us that have been here for some time have become punch drunk from the scamming directors piling more and more bad news upon us - did they lose any of their salaries etc. - whilst we were losing our shirts?
Fly AWAY you meant ;)....Big surprise on the way on 2nd May. GLTA
Poo is up this will fly
Silly spread, 0.25 sell 0.45 buy.
Why would I want to sell before consolidation? My brokers letter says I am going to get a fixed price. Surely anybody selling is giving it to somebody else at a cheaper price to get the fixed price.
Sold all my shares before it went down from 0.60 to 0.30 last week. Sell your last pennies before the consolidation on May 2nd, if you want to save your last bits. This small company is about to go under admin pretty soon. Shame I lost my 13k in a matter of 6/7 weeks and I don't want anyone to suffer the same financial loss. Sell and escape before it's too late!! JUST ESCAPE !!!
...thanks for nothing
??? wouldn't 0.67 be a hundred times 0.0067? Rather than double?
0.0067 is not double the current SP. 0.67 would be double.
Remember being in this from 10p to 60p.
Afraid not Startfromscratch. It's literally half the GBP price you suggested. Pretty dire outcome. I too had made good money out of Caza back in the day, but will have to take a hit on my current holding. A clear example of not getting emotionally attached to a share.
Am I correct in thinking that .00481dollars per share =0.0067 p which is double current sp.
Bother, i suppose Rose is next to go 10k down.
Disappointing to see the firm wants to delist. Guess there's no way to prevent that. Made a lot of money and then lost a lot of money on this stock. I blame Saudi for effectively 'fixing' oil prices to destroy US shale - if it were banks they'd be charged and fined for that.
Don't see any hope with this company. Sold all my share yesterday. Look like they will be delisted from AIM by end of April. Wise decision is to sell all.
When a company is delisted, its stock no longer trades on one of the major stock exchanges. In a direct sense, nothing happens to a shareholder when delisting occurs. The shareholder still owns the same percentage of the company as before, and he is free to sell the shares to any willing buyer. However, in financial reality, the delisting of a company is usually a huge negative. It often occurs after a company goes bankrupt or as it approaches bankruptcy. Ownership When you buy a stock, you own it until you either sell it or, in some cases, the company redeems it from you. If a stock gets delisted, you don't have to hand over your ownership rights. However, those rights often become worthless. In many cases, delisting occurs due to corporate bankruptcy, which typically wipes out original shareholders in favor of newly issued stock. Even if you hold on to your delisted shares, you often won't receive any shares in the company when it emerges from bankruptcy. Albeit it borrowed money, they still have a working capital, but of course, there is always the possibility of the lender calling the money back in, if the company is delisted. I don't think the lenders would want to see the company go to the wall because it is doubtful if they will get their money back....But they have to start prospecting, otherwise their existing well output will continue to decline

Find this a little difficut to understand. Nothing sold since the 9th March yet the SP, today, has gone up 8.33%
It would be somehwat nice if this company gave us an RNS 'operations update' etc.. We do, after all, hold shares in this company !
