brynjon - depends over what period you are looking. I'm looking at the last 3 months - the period after the last spike when several people said they'd had visions of a deal / seen large trades on NEX / heard a rumour / had a chat with Ben Profitt bla, bla, bla, etc. etc. . If BPC were a bird it would be a Norwegien Blue.

gkb47 - not shown any physical movement on the price for days - the percentage movement showing has been 2.3% but the price remains the same and has done for a week or so. Not sure where you are seeing the drift unless ADVFN is on the blink.

Now I have said that watch it plummet in the morning lol - I don't expect it to but would be sod's law.

Stay safe all.

Thanks jim - seems like they take ages to get anything done then. Right back to watching the SP drift down again.

gkb47, yes I’ve seen them. 2.64m shares for 25th July 2018. 15.6m for 5th June. 44m for 29th May. All have corresponding RNS. The 44m was announced along with the appointment of Macquarie in May. All filed by Ben Proffitt and signed up on 5/2/19.

Name of ‘Allottees’ is named as Shore Capital Stockbrokers on all three.

Hope this helps.

Jim - have you seen them or is that just a guess? If they are from last summer then they took an awful long time in filing them with the IOM registrar (is there no time limit?). Can't understand why they took so long, it's not as though they have any oil wells to look after is it?

Unfortunately the filings are not for anything exciting, just book keeping and bringing things up to date from previous subscriptions last year that were on RNS’s at the time. Good work though in spotting them.

IOM Form 45
10 Feb '19
So apparantly BPC have filed 3 Form 45s on 5th Februray 2019, see link below.

https://services.gov.im/ded/services/companiesregistry/purchasefileanddocumentlist.iom?BusinessEntityId=156189

Now in the IOM Form 45 relates to the issue or allotment of shares as descibed on the IOM website.
----
Increasing the capital or allotting shares Forms 10 and 45

If you increase the nominal share capital of your company or issue new shares, then you are required to file a form 10 in the first case and a form 45 in the latter.
---

If you look at the previous allotment of shares they were in July 2017 and August 2017.

So to whom are they alloting shares now and why? NO RNS has been issued relating to this. Is it worth paying the fee to get the IOM documents?
