Maybe we are all in for a nice unexpected surprise.
PS. Antos is a Billionnaire, so he will not be fretting about where the next meal is coming from, probably the Savoy Grill.

He probably knows a lot more about what to expect from this than we all do
Maybe Antos is just glad something is happening and their is a chance of getting some money back. Either that he has got that much money that he is not really that bothered at the end of the day what happens.
Also I am not expecting fireworks on relisting as I don't think there is enough there to get outside PI`s that interested, hope I am wrong but just cant see it.
Maybe they are going to give all the long term holders a big dividend payment as compensation ;) To be honest I haven't even looked into what my new average will be for my 10m shares but like everyone I will be down. Main thing is that there is a chance to get at least some of our money back even though the deal isn't what we expected however did we really expect anything better from the BOD??
I really hope we have missed something. Otherwise I am gobsmacked that we as long and in some cases very long term holders are underwater from the start relisting. I know this is a great deal but come on... we have been thrown a deal with no perks after we funded it.
Don't think there will be any chance at all of an open offer before listing. It would change the whole prospectus that has already been submitted.
What they should do, once listed, and the dust has settled, is have an open offer with the proviso that a subscription is only open to those who held shares as of 04/10/2019. That would guarantee that only us that have been affected will see a benefit. As a side issue, it would also raise a bit of capital for the company.

Just a thought on this. They could over raise before the go live... I wonder if they might say ok we can let you get in at the placing price.
Hi
I raised a query with the BoD to give existing investors a chance to participate in an open offer, I received the blow response from IFC Advisory, email address (bould@investor-focus.co.uk).
you can raise more voices on this issue, so we can get good chance to reduce our average share price.
We will look to address these points at the investor Q&A session next week.
Best regards

I would never laugh at another investors decision, all we have as investors, is our own judegement based on the amount of research we are prepared to put in; unfortunately investing does not come with a crystal ball.

OK, Point taken Dazlar39 - didnt' mean to come across as condescending. There is plenty of information to read on the company website and on this board though, which does answer the question you posed.
60.5p avergae?? PAH! My holding is from the Photonstar days so new average is over £1. Just to give you all a laugh!!
Don't be so condescending! Very rarely look at this board because of arse holes like you trying to be smart! My attention was drawn back to this dead duck when the voting email came in.
At an AGM only votes actually submitted are counted, NONE votes are just that. Why would anyone not vote, we have been waiting for this a long time, please vote to ACCEPT all the resolutions.
Aspen
do keep up! Read the information which you can see on the companies website, or just spend a happy hour or so reading back over the posts on here (the website is the recommended way of getting the whole picture though!!)
In the voting mailbox under portfolio II now have the Ordinary meeting - so my votes are now in - in favour of course.
Name change to Cizzle Biotechnology Holdings.......is this RTO actually happening?? GLA !
Depends on the stance of your broker keni. HL don't count non voters. Other brokers may have a different policy. It's worth checking if it's important to you.

Isn’t the default position to assume acceptance of proposals unless you actively vote against them?
So taking no action is tacit acceptance?
Jimmy2011
Ring lloyds stockbrokers and ask for Corporate Actions, and tell them how you intend to vote.
Aspen
I would be shocked if they don’t answer the questions submitted haha
Great post Neilin. I agree with all your sentiments. Lets hope the price goes up on 1st day of trading. My value at 10p is about 2/3rds my initial investment.
can any one advise:
iam with lloydes stockbrokers and have not recived any thing as yet throgh post, do i have to conntact them regarding readmission of tradeing?

I think you will find the necessary votes for a positive conclusion has already been secured, and the Q & A and AGM are merely formalities to comply with the regulations. The BOD 's would not have the relisting set for 8.00AM 14th May, if they were not certain of the outcome.
Aspen
I think I was worrying unnecessarily, just looked up procedures at GM's for Ordinary and Special Resolutions, correct me if I am wrong, but it requires 50% and 75% of the votes cast at the meeting to be in favour for the resolution to be passed.
So if PI's fail to vote then their votes are not relevant to the outcome
As long as no large holders vote against ( and why would they?) outcome should be positive
I still haven't been able to figure out how to vote. Is it how YouInvest hold shares for people?
I have 16,000,000 shares.
