“The parties to the Settlement Agreement with the Company comprise Masoud Alikhani (its former Chairman) via an interim deputy as explained below, Mrs Barbara Alikhani (wife of Masoud Alikhani), Said Alikhani (a brother of Masoud Alikhani), Alberg Mining & Minerals Exploration Limited (a vendor of assets sold to BMR), Dominion Energy PLC (a company in which Masoud Alikhani was interested), ESV Group PLC (a further company in which Masoud Alikhani was interested), Ms Anita Carr (a former contractor of BMR) and Swan Logistics Limited (a company controlled by Ms Anita Carr) (together, the "Settlement Parties"), and Heathley Limited (a company of which Masoud Alikhani's son is an authorised signatory).”

Alex Borrelli, the new ceo, who agreed the settlement for BMR was previously involved with Anturion which was recenlty ‘unable to comply with the financial reporting requirements of ISDX Growth Market Rule 44’ causing Anturion shares to be suspended on 2 June 2014. We wonder if Borrelli has seen this all before.
Posts on his other companies, at least the public ones, are "pleading" for him to "focus" on them!
How does anyone "focus" on 5 companies?
BZT, GLR, AFP, TIR, XTR; and bring another, Kendrick, to market?
Don't get me started on his multiple "private" companies.
E&OE My views.
What are we in for lads?
Lasses?
Re takeover. Yeah you might think that as BMR was the gateway into Zambia for Jubilee from which they stand to make hundreds of millions profit, at the very least, they would stump up 15 to 20 million of said profits to pay off the long suffering and very screwed over BMR shareholders
It was simply a name change, BMR - Kendrick Resources.
Kendrick Resources web site (ex BMR) read Report & Accounts 29th Dec 2020. No expectation of income from Royalty in mid term (whatever period that may be).
Remember C Bird is a director of Kendrick and Jubilee (amongst many many others) so my question is conflict of interest and which (companys) shareholders is he working in the interests of (poor english but you get the drift).
I have long held the view that the Royalty would never happen (financial benefit to shareholders) and the directors have never given a straight answer to any questions about said Royalty!
My views E&OE
Will the royalty ownership pass to Kendrick Resources.
If it does, and assuming on relisting Kendrick will be worth peanuts, will JLP then make a takeover of Kendrick thus making the royalty null and void enabling them to get on with monetising Kabwe.
If it does not pass to Kendrick I don't see how the apparently invisible royalty can ever be used to benefit the long term shareholders.
Problem for us is that jubilee show no signs whatsoever in the near future of using their plant facilities to reclaim lead, zinc or vanadium. They are content to massively ramp up production and profits from copper, seemingly with the full blessing of the zambian government who seem to show scant regard for the health and welfare of Kabweans.
It almost seems as if the jubilee Bod are content to string things out until the eventual demise of BMR (Kendrick).
same here.
anyway, its a good time,to be in the commodity sector
so mr market, might be kind to us
The only thing I'm interested in at this stage is whether they will open at the ridiculously low nominal 3p or much lower.
aimsickness
ive got roughly the same.
all depends on the sp
and sounds like theyve just done a share consoldation
wonder when the re listing is?
just changed in the barc acc.....to kenrick res
Nothing to do with us gov!
Look to Jubilee if you want anything on Kabwe, but don't expect much.
Make what you will of this presentation - Not Investing in any company with CB has his name attached to it .

No mention of Kabew resources .
Don't hold yer breath waiting for the re-listing. They will want to do as much as possible of whatever their agenda is before getting to the stage where they actually Have to communicate with LTHs.
**** show!!!
This whole share has just been a massive **** show!!!!
Hi Cardo. I seem to recall that the shares were (notionally at least) valued at 3.5p each for the putpose of the listing and placing although you are probably right in that to us as LTHs, they are effectively worthless. Even at that Price, my £21k is now £350.
Reckon that they will either make a success of it long term for new shareholders or will quietly allow the company to fold and walk away.
Look on the Kendrick Resources web site, some info there.
As of now any shares are worthless, value when we relist is a complete unknown as is when we relist!
No feedback from AGM either from anyone who may have attended or the company.
Mushroom management par excellence!
Me too. Think I'll keep the the old one as a reminder that 300k shares looks a lot better than 10k shares.
Just received my new share certificate.
That’s the positive, looks to be coming back in some form… does anyone know more… anyone at the AGM?
Not looked in here for a few years but just had notification that my shares have been diluted 33 times, on a positive still in the game
Shares have been consolidated
sorry that was in reply to not being able to offset losses against CGT
