Think most if not all are underwater here momoni
It’s a bit of a touchy subject for some though as they can’t handle when I mention how dire the situation is here
There is no investor appetite
But we do have March - and we’re apparently getting Jam in March
Duke can do what he wants it is his money, i take anything he says with a wagon load of salt. He must have lost some pile of money here and its not the first time but that is his business. Its only a few weeks back he said he was buying, must have been around 1.1 ish. Like has been said its good to know it isn't someone who might know something and a good buying opportunity for anyone that still has any faith left here. May be cheap but probably for a reason. I am done with tying money up here. See what happens but it won't take much of a lift before i am gone for good, I think slug has this all weighed up.
Thanks slug so made a mistake when I bought back
I guess I should only invest in what I understand luckily I made some gains in other stocks but still down a lot
Momomi - yes we are according to the rampers
We are allegedly heading for the dizzy heights of 2p, 3p or 5p
All while Satoshipay are globe trotting and constantly falling short of their roadmap
Satoshipay don’t care because it’s not their hard earnt they are squandering… its all investor cash being burnt
Guys are we still on for the pennies - or am I living the pipe dream
I am laughing so hard I can't breathe, he's done you all.. again.
How many times has he made the cheerleaders frothy with his "it's different this time" baseless tripe, and dumped out? It's at least twice now.
The good news is that absolutely nothing has changed for a very long time, so swing trading is easy here. This will easily return 10-20% within a few weeks, even if there is no news. Thanks Duke (again)
"set against gains elsewhere"
Good one!
It could be that 'rose tinted glasses' view of yours, or it may be that he doesnt see value in what satoshipay or dynasty are doing
Regardless of whether he comments, talk is cheap
Even if he does comment on his offloading - there will be some sort of clause with the usual ramp/bullish outlook. If he wants to keep selling, he needs buyers. everyone has their own agenda they are working to
Fact of the matter is, very little is being done to build investor appetite. There's not been many new posters here, & whilst regular posters have no obligation to post their trading activity, very few have been forthcoming about topping up at these 'bargain basement' prices.
Are these really bargain basement prices or is this fair value based on investee performance to date? I'd say its the latter.
Tony F has one and a half months until his self imposed deadline is up. Expect another sell off come the end of March if no progress.
Hopefully Pendulum are close to actually doing something...
It will be interesting to see whether Mark White comments on his disposal. One possible explanation as we approach the end of a tax year would be to crystallise the large loss he has on this investment to set against gains elsewhere. Once he has been out for the required 1 month (I think) he could then buy back in.
RNS out.
WOW... Nobody saw that coming did they ha ha
Satoshipays track record of delivering successful projects - lol -:)
Until then,
Sellers gonna sell
That's another 25 million sold a very low levels.
We may get the RNS in reduced holdings later on.
Pendulum failing again.
Someone is relentlessly selling here. I wonder if it's Lew? Huge quantities.
Great buying opportunity though, with I had some spare cash.
Wtf is happening with this share
Reddit - lol -:)
Several "Director's details changed" appeared today on companies house. Nothing looks any diferent to me. Not from the documents anyway.

Perhaps the seller has called time after it being three months since benchmark announced they’d be looking for a buyer for Satoshipay
Not surprised in the slightest that evidently, no one appears to want to touch them with a barge pole
Cryptos pump
Meanwhile PEN drops 20%…
I am not worried about the mass seller, there may be many reasons for the need. My fear is that Satoshipay`s offerings do not work in the real world and someone has got wind of it.
I’m not sure why March is being heralded as some sort of silver bullet for this stock
Someone posted the other day that satoshipays telegram is gaining momentum, however contrary to that, pendulums reddit page has continued with absolutely zero interaction this year
Last time I mentioned this ragnarr was quick to give his biased opinion and make light of reddit but when you compare the user base to X
Figures taken from Nov 2023
X - 541m monthly active users
Reddit - 430m monthly active users
It’s not that far apart
It’s still one of the biggest social media platforms globally
Those numbers are not really something to turn your nose up at, are they
So, basing my question on pendulums reddit page - Why does literally no one care about their supposed impending world-domination?
Their social media manager must be scratching their head
Have they yet again miscalculated the market they are meant to be stepping into again?
History says yes
Evidence says yes
See for yourselves

Can’t believe it isn’t down further if that’s 100 million in sells. Maybe we will get more info tomorrow.
I could be wrong of course, but the language (on Twitter) is incredibly similar to your post on here, back in December: "Can get a live quote to sell 33.5 million. Last time that happened the SP soared to 0.12"
Hobsy ... That's your 47 million "sell" isn't it? 2 hours ago you posted on Twitter "I can get a live quote to sell 47 mill. This is primed to go up very soon. All the signs are there" in response to one of my tweets, and now I see you've deleted it. Strange!
I hope this big seller hasn't got a sniff of this proposed sale or lack of it, from some of these sales it don't look to good, hopefully he/she is just needing the money and nothing to do with a lack of faith. Meanwhile March will soon be upon us, i hope we get something then or this could go even lower. Every time it looks like turning the corner it sinks again.
Thanks hobsy, I’ve considered all bull opinions and changed my forecast to 10p within 12 months
Jokes aside, one thing I do appreciate is your optimism even when things go from bad to worse
