Why are people buying at 0.5 when the giveaway price is 0.5??
I wish it was 40p !
Sadly its a paltry 0.4p
Hi thanks they are with HL all new to this but some what annoyed with the 40p offer hopefully it will be rejected !!
TheArts Who are your shares held with ? I am with HL in my SIPP and I can just view the share which has a corporate action link where I can vote. So have a look at you share account.
Yes its a giveaway. I feel really angered when in the RNS they try and put this across as a great deal. They give examples of the huge increase in the sp compared to shorter timescales. They know full well that for many investors they bought in at much higher prices. They should show the value of the offer over the average price of say a year or so. That picture would be very different.
Hi could you let me know where to vote against many thanks
I will be too
You could of course vote against this, 75% shareholder approval required for it to go through.
I have.
Does anyone know when this offer will be completed??
Interesting how low the offer is compared to there valuation in Dec 2019

Mail share tips are useless, a very high percent are dogs which they tend not to advertise after the event which boasting about the 2% that succeed
This looks like a really good deal except for the investors who have supported this shambles. Should have sold up when Scott left.
Shorts closing by the looks of things .
Yes it is. The Mail tipped this as well what a cracking failure. I believe they also tipped CPT again rubbish
A dire situation for shareholders (for those that are left)
why buy bother buying at 0.49p if offer is 0.5 p ????
Not looking good here, even more than before !
I do find it amazing that no one is ever charged with insider dealing even when it is so blatant.
Still about 50% down at the buyout price
Now we understand who has inside information looking at the buys yesterday and today !
The bottom feeders have appeared..............
I sold my 400000 @0.0046 at a hefty loss a while back. Bought more RRE with the proceeds & they more than halved too lol
A very good rns under very trying circumstances
It would be interesting to hear from our beloved Chairman on how is going to get us out of this mess now that he cannot blame brexit. Ever since he has been at the helm this share has been in free fall
Another cracking daily mail Midas tip !
Is this company still operating??
Thanks, so not a large % of his overall wealth
