Had a touch with ZEG
Ploughed all the profit into here !!
Looks like a eighty percent upside at least
Also some big time money makers here with Griffiths & Mills onboard
GLA.
I bought in again--that what's changed, that and the markets as a whole on the slide. In the real world, I wish it was going up but I buy for the long term so I'll use the decline to buy more--it looks rock solid to me (cash rich, good management recently refocused on specific operations, vastly underserved market, etc).
Down over 16% in 4 weeks. Why? I thought it good value at 120 ( and ST in InvChrn set target of 175) and it looks very very cheap at 97p now.
Have I missed some news? Or is it just drifting due to lack of news?
Another out of hours article from Simon Thompson of Investors Chronicle on 26/4/21.
In short, he's raised his target price 10p to 175p.
He points out that the payment for Quickline and the performance related payment are a mixture of cash and Convertible Loan Notes.
He reiterates the prospects for the remaining divisions in Australia and Scandanavia as outlined in the RNS announcing the Quickline sale.
Hopefully the article will have a positive impact on the share price .
At 120p on the current offer price, this looks like seriously good long term value. This equates to a market cap of just GBP69M.
Pro forma net cash following completion should be around GBP32.8M.
The group will continue to own 8% of QCL holdings [ if they exercise their options] which will enjoy the financial muscle Northleaf and is near certain to prosper and grow exponentially.
Not to forget the retained fast growing Australian and Nordic businesses brought in a top line of GBP22.9M last year. I would hope for a decent operating profit this year. Finance costs should be eliminated as all borrowings will have been paid down.
Of interest is that they state that options for the Skymesh business include disposal as well as a possible IPO.
Clearly they want to focus in particular on the Nordic business where there is plenty of scope for growth. Not to forget that Norway in particular is an extremely business friendly jurisdiction.
It's hard to see how you can go seriously wrong at this price, so very happy to add to my holdings this morning.
This looks like a very attractive disposal valuation.
Looks like some good business done here, should reflect well

I’m no figures man, but they look okay to me. Any ideas why we are down over 5%?
Slight correction. 'BBB sold TO Eutelstat' (European satellite businesses). Was what I meant to say.
Any thoughts about Quickline? There are plenty of RNSs.
What are you talking about ? In English.
OK, I'll answer the question myself since you won't reply.
BBB sold Eutelsat and bought a majority stake in Quickline with the proceeds.
Does that tidy up your little problem?
What about Quickline ??
On top of our already good list of institutional investors it's great to see Richard Griffiths coming in also, straight up to 5.87%.
Plus the directors have been plumping up their holdings Qd22.
I'm slightly underwater and can't understand why the price dropped back following the last two RNSs.
But this company hasn't done anything wrong. It looked a smart move to dispose of UK and Euro satellite operations in order to purchase Quickline. This should start to produce good revenue during 2021.
Lots of government money backing this. Institutions love it, and they're the ones with great records in smaller companies. I'm in.
Your previous optimistic post is borne out by today's RNS.
And not BBB?
They are acquiring a collection of contracts to supply and install broadband to faraway places. They have 70% bought Quickline specifically to do this. No-one else seems to have the tech to do it.
They are getting a huge helping of government money. (it's the government who wants to push on with this.)
They have quality institutional support - six on board with holdings ranging from 4.7% to 27.7% with Harwood Capital who've just topped up £2.3m .
Plenty of cash on the balance on the balance sheet. As they move on adding subscribers, this will be added to.
Sell if you want to but most serious investors are buying.
Sold my holding moving money into diffrent shares so many good deals out there at this time! GL all
Has finally sparked some interest. Even got a small mention in yesterday's Mail On Sunday.
Looking forward to the updates on the Nordic and Aussie businesses mooted in the RNS of 1.10.
Bolt-on investments or even a divestment possible. The main focus is building value and I have increasing confidence in the company.
I also took a small top slice today at 93p but this as more to go IMO... GL all
Took a small slice following the money, wonder if the deal around talk talk is related as did well on that, and this feels at least similar. .
This was a good buy at 100p ... way more to go here as we already know!
I am still Adding to my holding, plenty of time to let it sit and grow
