Is there a concern that Trump might bash the Pharma Industry over drug pricing? Hold a few AZ purchased after the drop to £42 ish earlier this year and had hoped for better given there are some potentially block busting drugs in the pipeline. Not a share I lose sleep over but a little disappointed by the downs and ups.

More good news and selling!!!

I don't know what this market expects of AZN. Virtually every time it puts out good news (and there has been a LOT lately) price falls. I have enough but reckon they are at least seven pounds too low. If - as I expect- MYSTIC result in 6mths is positive, SP will go back to sixty pounds plus and that will be a fiver or more too low. Any smart Yankee drug co
should be tucking into AZN with their nice expensive $$.

Reiteration from Jefferies on 5100. Doesn't really say a lot given the SP is only 2% off this level and was up towards 5200 only a few weeks ago. Interestingly however we have a real range from the street with 4 brokers recommending prices in November alone (4340 from HSBC to 5800 from Berenberg.) Question remains which one is accurate and when will the recovery back to 5500 come?

At last the chart is starting to look interesting again, in time for the Q3 figures. But still 6mths away from the 'Mystic' final result which could be transformational even for a co this size. Insanity to sell before then if they don't rise a tenner at least.

Yep, would have thought this might lift the sp a little more. I have some concern over Trumpy and US drug prices which perhaps explains why AZ not as high as one might hope.
