Apologies not invested here but considering investing in POW. There seems to be a few opinions about A Bell and P Johnson. Saw PJ in an interview and came over quite well but need to do more research. Anyone here got an unbiased opinion of the two.
Ill take biased opinions also : )
Started having a look at this and noticed Andrew Bell is involved - NO thanks
Regency Mines finally confess that their investment in WhiteCar Ltd is now worthless, who was in charge of making decision to invest, Andrew Bell who now is washing his hands of RGM and moved to ABM. More of the same quality investments here?
I will give a like if we do several more consecutive days of rises
These don't seem to be regular interval investments from directors, so why are the numbers so pitiful?
Why are we up 17% when there is no substantial news
African Battery Metals plc, the AIM listed battery metal exploration and development company, was today notified that Puzzles, pet cat of Paul Johnson, Executive Director of the Company, purchased 47 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at an average price of 0.445 pence per Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Johnson and his wife and his pet cat have a beneficial interest in a total of 18,000,047 Shares, representing approximately 4.961% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Enormous placing coming to fund further testing on the potential discovery lmao

If you believe in ABM why are you on a chat board ramping it instead of sitting back confidently?
I took a quick look at your posts. Nuff said I think :

your beloved UKOG seems to have done nothing but tank. You have my sympathies.
DYOR
ABM
IF YOU BELIEVE IN ABM
IT WILL COME GOOD AND BE MASSIVE
IF YOU DONT BELIEVE IN IT WHY PUT ABM DOWN
don't buy anything in this junk share total waste of time just check the ABM history
Come on chaps, open those wallets :-)
These guys couldn't even find turd. Thats how incompetent they are
Agree all parties involved with this in the last 5 years need investigating totally misled investors from bonanza gold to termites in the long grass wheres the governance on such pish takers
My guess is that the "additional casual support staff" were equipped with pangas to cut the grass, but why bother. If you lose sight of your termite mounds just climb to the top of one for a good view.
Martin, I think they have already provided you with an answer. The long grass
That RNS reads very similarly to a previous one I remember. I wonder how they'll bury the poor results this time around?
"Paul Johnson, Executive Director of African Battery Metals commented: "Our team coped well with difficult on-site logistics as grass levels remained high after late rains"
You know you've invested poorly when the company can't even afford a lawn mower.
Firms like this should be investigated by the FCA to find out exactly what the F they are doing.
I will be writing my letter shortly and I hope others will follow my lead.
I agree SuperRoty Dilution is what Mr Bell excels at. You only have to look at his other 2 companies, RRR and RGM to see how the SP's have been utterly devastated there. Take a look at the long term charts of both companies to see what he has presided over and how he operates:

Basically death spiral financing and then either nominal share value change and/or share consolidation when the SP gets trashed to an embarrassing level. Will the same happen here? Time will tell. DYOR.
Question : How will it all be financed? Answer : Many discounted placements of which I suspect the new investors will short the share. Warning. Investing now is likely to cost you dearly. You will be diluted o dust. Buy in a year or two time if you are interested. I have learnt the hard way.
