MOSCOW, July 12 (Reuters) - Russia ran a budget surplus of
247.4 billion roubles ($7.56 billi
on), or 0.9 percent of gross
domestic product, in the first six months of the year, the
Finance Ministry said on Thursday, citing preliminary data.
The figure is calculated on the basis of cash transferred to
budget funds recipients.
