LONDON, Nov 23 (Reuters) - News, details on corporate bond issues in European markets on Monday:



HSBC

Issue: 1.25 billion euro senior unsecured fixed-rate 7-year bond, according to an HSBC banker. Pricing later on Monday.

Final guidance: mid-swaps plus 67 basis points

Managing banks: HSBC

Ratings: Moody's Aa2, S&P AA , Fitch AA



Banco Guipuzcoano

Issue: plans 400 million euro 3-year Spain-guaranteed senior bond, as reported by IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.

Managing banks: Calyon, HSBC

Spread guidance: mid-swaps plus 25 asis points



Land NRW (Land Nordrhein-Westfalen)

Issue: plans $750 million 2-year RegS eurodollar bond, according to IFR.

Managing banks: HSBC, RBS

Spread guidance: mid-swaps plus 20 basis points area.



UBS

Issue: opens books for euro-denominated 10-year benchmark Swiss covered
bond, as reported by IFR.

Managing banks: ING, LBBW, Royal Bank of Scotland, SG CIB and UBS itself.

Spread guidance: mid-swaps plus 50-52 basis points.

Ratings: Moody's Aaa, Fitch AAA
