* Citigroup starts Resolution with buy rating

* Citigroup downgrades Legal and General to sell rating

* Citigroup raises Aviva Plc price target to 439P from 350P; rating hold

* Citigroup raises Standard Life price target to 225P from 210P; rating

hold
