Arrow to give update on Shell offer; shares halted

MELBOURNE, March 19 (Reuters) - Shares of Australia's Arrow Energy Ltd were placed on a trading halt on Friday pending the company's an update on a takeover offer by Royal Dutch Shell and PetroChina, which is worth some A$3.3 billion ($3.05 billion).
