Tinopolis says husband of executive director Angharad Mair buys shares in co

LONDON (AFX) - Tinopolis PLC said that Jonathan Cray, the spouse of execut
ive director Angharad Mair, has purchased 24,000 company shares at a price of 33.33p per share.

Mair now has a beneficial interest in a total of 2,467,306 shares

representing 2.482 pct of the issued share capital, and Cray now has a beneficial interest in a total of 81,444 shares, representing 0.082 pct.
