* Has acquired all the assets of
Effectiveui, Inc

* EffectiveUI's unaudited revenues for the year ended 31 December 2011 were $20.8 million, with gross assets at the same date of $6 million

* EffectiveUI is a user experience agency that designs and develops custom web, mobile, desktop and touch-enabled applications
