* Says gave notice to Stiefel Laboratories I

nc terminating marketing,

distribution, supply agreement

* Termination of agreement is expected to result recognition of deferred

revenues of $101,000 as of June 30, 2010

* Termination of agreement is expected to result in recognition of remaining

milestone payments of $490,000 as of June 30

* Says in discussions to ensure an orderly transition of the responsibilities -
