1607 Capital Partners Doubles JPMorgan Brazil Stake To 10% (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - JPMorgan Brazil Investment Trust PLC said Friday 1607 Capital Partners LLC had doubled its stake in the Brazil-focused investor in a transaction on Wednesday.

1607 Capital Partners held 3.5 million shares in JPMorgan Brazil, representing a 10% stake in the 33.5 million shares outstanding in JPMorgan Brazil. Prior to the transaction, 1607 held a 5.1% stake in the firm.

Shares in JPMorgan Brazil were untraded at 66.16 pence on Friday.
