DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Cora Gold Chairman Buys 200,000 More Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Cora Gold Ltd on Thursday said Chairman Geoff McNamara's stake in the company increased following a purchase through a company he controls on Wednesday.

Tanamera Resources Pte Ltd bought 200,000 shares for 15.5 pence each the chairman now holds 824,242 shares or a 1.50% stake in Cora. On Wednesday, Tanamera bought 200,000 shares for 16.0 pence each, for a total of around GBP32,000 to take the chairman's stake up top 1.14%.

Cora shares were up 3.3% on Thursday at 16.15 pence.
