Lombard Odier Doubles Holding In Proactis To 10.5% (ALLISS)

(Alliance News) - Proactis Holdings PLC said Wednesday Swiss wealth manager Lombard Odier Asset Management Ltd doubled its stake in the company.

Following the transaction on Tuesday, Lombard Odier now holds a 10.5% stake in Proactis, increased from the 5.2% holding the Swiss wealth manager previously held.

Lombard Odier is interest in 10.0 million of Proactis' 95.2 million issued shares.

Shares in Proactis closed up 5.1% Wednesday at 29.95 pence each.
